MCP Server Integration

Established repo-wide agent context standards (CLAUDE.md) and integrated MCP servers — Playwright, Last9, Figma, and Context7 — directly into developer workflows.

LLM Orchestration Strategy

Evaluated multi-agent frameworks (CrewAI, MetaGPT, ChatDev, GSD) and defined the org's LLM orchestration strategy, standardising on Claude Sonnet 4.

Phased Rollout

Drove a phased rollout across 3 parallel Phase 1 tracks: CLAUDE.md standardisation, PR review automation, and mobile build automation.
